2ŁØT dives headfirst into the world of electronic dance music with the release of “Entropy (Paul Oakenfold Remix),” a bold reimagining of their emotionally charged title track. Crafted by global dance icon Paul Oakenfold, the remix infuses the band’s genre-defying sound with cinematic builds, pulsing beats, and euphoric drops—all anchored by Rudy Love Jr.’s soulful, impassioned vocals.

Originally serving as the emotional finale to 2ŁØT’s debut album Entropy, the track captures the essence of the group’s mission: turning chaos into catharsis. With Oakenfold’s remix, that message reaches new heights—and dancefloors around the world.

“Entropy” the album—named after the second law of thermodynamics—explores themes of loss, rebirth, and resilience. Released late last year, the project marked 2ŁØT’s arrival as a dynamic force in modern music. Blending hip hop, soul, funk, jazz, rock, and electronic into what they call Electronic Jam Music (EJM), the band has carved out a distinct voice rooted in emotion, collaboration, and genre-bending exploration.

“This album tells our origin story,” the band shared. “Each of us came into 2ŁØT at a personal breaking point—grieving losses, navigating trauma, questioning purpose. Entropy is our answer. It’s about survival, recovery, and using music to create meaning out of the mess.”
