Ever since he first arrived with his breakthrough debut album 'Love Or Fear' in 2020, Serbian artist Bones In Butter has established himself as one of the more diverse and prolific names doing the rounds. Delivering a wealth of riveting releases in the years since, he continues to push his distinctive sound forward with his sprawling new studio album 'Cosmopolis', a record that stretches that adventurous nature as far as it go.

Much like what his 2023 LP 'Songs For A Sane Society' treated us to, 'Cosmopolis' explores a broad array of textures and genres to create this wildly explorative direction. Dabbling in a wide variety of aesthetics, lifted from dream-pop, post-punk, and everything in-between, his newest full-length sees him reemerge in dazzlingly creative form throughout, delivering one of his most alluring full-lengths to date.

While these last few years have seen him deliver a wonderfully absorbing run of delights, 'Cosmopolis' shows there is still plenty of inventive spirit coursing through him. Making light work of almost every idea he comes up with, his latest album adds another vital layer to his incredibly enjoyable catalogue so far.
