After turning out a wealth of rich and shimmering delights these last few years, Canadian artist Gone Sugar Die is now back for 2023 to deliver his vibrant new single 'Depression'.
Despite its more sombre and provocative lyrical content, 'Depression' is actually a wonderfully bright and euphoric slice of electro-pop gold. With its bold and bouncing textures, sweeping atmosphere, and emotive vocals layered throughout, he is returning to the fold with one of his most impactful efforts to date.
While it has been some time since we last heard any new material from him, 'Depression' shows that he still has plenty of fresh and exciting ideas in which to pursue. With such a wondrous approach to his songwriting and production throughout, we can't wait to hear what else he has been up to during his time away as well.
